Generative AI requires radical new thinking in higher education. It is not enough to slightly adjust the curriculum or get inspired from individual use cases in the classroom or administration (although that's great, too).
This technology is a strategic issue for educators worldwide - perhaps even the most important of our time.
The starting point is technology, but the roadmap is much more about people and routines. It's about how we envision the future education.
